ACC CHARITY POKER TOURNAMENT
PLAYER REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

By registering, I agree to the following conditions and will share them with any players I register:

PAYMENT
Paid registration is $150 per player: $125 tournament entry plus a mandatory $25 dealer payment. ACC-approved complimentary entries carry neither charge. Optional rebuys and add-ons are $50 each and are not included.

REGISTRATION AND ARRIVAL CUTOFF
Late registration, rebuys and add-ons close at the end of Level 8. Players must arrive before Level 8 ends. A player who has not arrived by that cutoff is disqualified, and no stack will be put into play for an absent player. Late arrivals and no-shows do not receive a refund.

TRANSFERS AND PLAYER CANCELLATIONS
Registrations may be transferred through ACC until November 26, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific. If a player cancels and does not transfer the registration by that deadline, the full player registration payment is nonrefundable.

ACC CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
If ACC cancels the tournament, paid player registrations will be automatically refunded in full, including the $25 dealer payment. If ACC postpones the tournament, players may choose a full refund or retain their registration for the new date. These refund provisions do not apply to sponsorship payments or donations, which are nonrefundable.

PRIZES
Final prize amounts and paid places will be announced after Level 8 concludes and the prize pool is finalized.

PHOTO AND VIDEO
Photos and video will be taken for ACC’s social media and event communications. Each attendee will be asked at check-in to complete a separate photo/video consent form and may choose whether to consent. Accepting these registration conditions does not constitute photo/video consent.
